    Require help with a single Tilt Turn window. Handle on LHS, hinged/pivot on RHS. Roto NT MV400 model on the mechanism - 824160208000 (sku?) Rollers on LHS move as should with handle through 0-90-180 degrees. Rollers on RHS stay in downward position, not moving up to get over c-cup to allow it...
