Leak from airing cupboard through to kitchen ceiling, waiting to dry out...see attached. The board seems ok, just damp, no warping, no water retention (poked some holes with screwdriver). Some questions and advice please: 1. How long to dry out...is a week OK ? 2. I was going to apply zinger...

Thanks, to clarify the red area, the pipe is wet, wall floor dry. I just wrapped lots of kitchen roll where the red mark is and after twenty minutes is drenched. Since the pipe is part of the pressure release for the tank does that give a clue ?
