    have you thought about trying one of those new cameras they have for rear view backup on cars and trucks (lorries) I believe they are a round optical lens at the back and screen in the cab for viewing RVs have them too good luck

    I would remove your cork flooring it is soft and cermaic needs solid base your floor will crack down the road. you can rent a electric tile stripper at your local rental outlet whitch will remove the cork quite easily.

    are you in the habit of keeping the doors closed? if so you may need a cold air return, warm air can't come in if cold air has no place to go. you might a vent through the bottom of the wall or door. good luck
