If doing big holes ie 4 inch plus its a damn site easier to "stitch" drill the hole then change drill for chisel and get the hole out that way. Only takes minutes instead of hours.

The boiler starts , oil is being pumped , but no ignition and just keeps on going, does not lock out at all. thats whats puzzling me. Like you said things arent happening in sequence
