    Back Boiler Mystery Solved

It doesn't really matter how it was designed, it won't meet current standards. You could use a neutraliser, which is complicated to control etc. As I said, this would end up being expensive. It would be notifiable so someone Hetas registered would be required.

Threading PlumbSure plastic pipes to new en-suite

Fairly. As long as the holes are reasonably well alligned If you can thread it, thread it! Don't know what the manufacturer says but you can check minimum bend by carefully bending a piece yourself!! You can bend it by hand. Use plastic pipe cutters! Use Polyplumb!!

    Back Boiler Mystery Solved

You can't use this back boiler in that way because there is no way of regulating the primary water temp and shutting it off when your DHW is at the required temp. Being able to use it safely is quite complicated and probably not financially viable for you.

Discharge pipes: Unvented water system (& central heatin

You can NOT use an existing waste pipe to run unvented discharge into - regardless what it is made of. You either run a new (completely seperate) plastic (polypropolene that is) discharge into a soil pipe via a hepvo or a correctly sized copper pipe to outside per the regs. The tundish...

New heating system - 130m^2 with 2x power showers

One correctly sized boiler heating correctly sized rads with an unvented cylinder and upstairs/downstairs zones. A bit of work to insulate the building properly. A U6 meter delivers 6m3/hour, this should be enough for what you are considering. And call someone in who knows what he's...

Hot water problems -boiling kitchen, luke warm bathroom

The kitchen tap is probably 15mm and the bath tap 22mm. The boiler can't heat the amount of water flowing through the boiler to the bath as it can to the kitchen, particularly as the incoming water temp is lower in this weather. Opening the bath tap less may improve the water temp.

Discharge pipes: Unvented water system (& central heatin

It sounds as if you are not qualified to be doing this work yourself. You can not use an existing waste pipe to run a discharge pipe to, via a hepvo or otherwise, for several reasons. Get someone qualified in to advise you and do this work for you.
