The Phase/neutral/earth were all disconnected from the CU during testing. I also only tested phase/earth and neutral/earth on the boiler voltage resistance test at 250v.

Neutral/earth is the test I'm speaking of. Phase/earth was showing no fault. Phase/neutral was showing no resistance as expected.
