The felt perishes over time, this is nothing more or less than any other roof with the same felt. The felt cannot be repaired(properly) from the inside. Felt is purely a secondary barrier in case the first(tile/slate)fails. Are you sure it's water ingress and not condensation?

Just returned home from a day at the hospice visiting my mum. The staff arranged a Christmas dinner for patients and family that wanted to spend what is a last Christmas together. Very emotional day for all concerned but, brilliant. All the staff are fabulous, a big thank you to St Ann's Hospice.

Him and reindeer were out with friends on Wednesday evening.
