I've pulled the machine out from where it sits under the worktop, took the top off, poked and fiddled with the motor, tried the program cycle and it spins fine. Noticed though that when spinning, I can see little sparks from the inside rear of the motor. Is this normal or are the brushes shot ...

No it will not spin at all on any program nor will it wash. It will only fill with water

My WD62 washer dryer switch does not function properly. When trying to perform a wash it will fill up with water then just keep clicking. The switch will rotate so far then stop. The drum does not move at all during this time. Also anyone know how to clean the filter out on this model ?
