Yes your correct BAS it does, but the FCU and socket are in the loft and i will be damned if im dragging my step ladders out and jumping into the loft to switch my lights on everytime. I want to turn them on / off on a switch outside the bathroom. Whats my solution pal ???

Many thanks for all your replies. I have decided to go as per the original pipework and take the bath/whb seperatly to the outside branch. Will i be ok to merge bath (40mm) and sink (32mm) into one then take to outside branch using 40mm pipe ??? Thanks Kris

Cheers for reply pal. Yeah i looked and have just checked it now. There is JUST enough room to keep everything in line and to match up with the original position. So in your eyes im best doing the bath/whb seperate and get them into branch on the outside ????????? cheers Kris
