    Were the springs fitted to the correct lugs on the back? They should pull the fitting up quite tightly.

    Fitting the bath first will mean more chance of damage as the plasterer will have to sit/stand in it to do the wall.

    My biggest gripe is the women (and occasional man) who decide to have a meeting at the end of the aisle and stand with arms outstretched behind them with trolleys blocking the entire junction. Say anything to them and you feel like you have just looked at Medusa. :lol:

    From experience, if your glazing moves in the frame it has not been installed correctly. Packing pieces should be used to minimise movement before the glazing beads are fitted.

    It is extremely doubtful if you have a neutral at the switch. You almost certainly have a live and switched live plus earth, Red, Black and Green/Yellow.

    If you can see the cables can't you replace the two cables with longer ones? and still retain the ring.

    Aldi supermarkets tried this with my other half, even when we produced visual evidence to prove she wasn't even on their car park. After five or six letters i challenged them to take it to court and they cancelled the charge.
