were did you measure the 2400? from the inside floor level?

run a stanley round the outside of the frame where plaster meets frame to seperate them.
then cut the frame in half on each leg and head and remove them as 4 pieces.

ive worked on a few similar that have been 2 and 3 piece.
if you can look around a few of your local timberyards (not diy sheds) at moldings and get some 5x1 or whatever height and build them up.
if not it would be cheaper to replace the lot than have cutters made,

you could still replace the frame as the archs will cover the area where plaster meets wood, it would mean you need a new door also,
if you are just replacing archtraves set them up with a equal border around the frame, and adjust the mitre angles, in this situation parrellel is better...
