Hot water will work for you all the time..as it bypass rx1.. Rx1 is for heating only..so only that needs to be sorted for working heating..best of luck Get in touch if you struggle

Hi,, I know this post is fairly old.. But I'm on same set up... Mitsubishi ecodan Danfoss rx1 Danfoss 715 HW + CH Danfoss tp5000 I bought hive yesterday and got it working 100 percent... You must remove danfoss 715 and replace with hive unit.. Rx1 stays in place..but cables must be corrected...
