    I will check all the connections again but if it worked fine for three months it must have been connected right and it seems to be an intermittent fault now, for the last couple of days it has worked fine. This is why I thought it may be a faulty unit rather than wiring. James.

    Also I was a bit concerned by this part on the DS40 description It is an older system but I am unsure how old, it had a tag on the pipes in the cylinder cupboard say in was inhibited in 1991. I have not had any leaks but if there are any weak spots would DS40 show them up causing leaks?
