Just to add a comment to nozsparks note. I recently did some work on a TN-S service and the Ze was 0.11 Ohms. The property is located close to a distribution transformer so that may account for the low loop reading. The loop value is as good as TN-C-S in other locations

The inverter has no connection with earth, other than an internal fault path to some electronic bits on the circuit board. If it were to be earthed to terra firma, there would not be an earth fault loop so would it be needed?
