HI JUST ANOTHER POST HOPING SOMEONE CAN HELP. I HAVE A BAXI 133 HE PLUS ITS JUST OVER 2 YEARS OLD AND NO WARRANTY LEFT. I HAVE HOT WATER AS NORMAL, BUT NO CENTRAL HEATING OCCASSIONALY THE CENTRAL HEATING COMES ON WHEN IT FEELS LIKE IT BUT ONLY GETS LUKE WARM, WHEN IT DOES COME ON THERE SEEMS...

HI did you resolve the problem with your boiler ? if so can you tell me what the fault was ?

ALSO SEEMS THE HOT WATER WILL ONLY GET LUKE WARM NOW ASWEL

i had a enginner come out just to have a quick glance, he seems to think its the heater exchange ?? now ive got CH but is just luke warm ? could it be the heater exchange ?

i have changed the pcb twice as going through the fault guide it states that the pcb is faulty, so i changed it but nothing happened, i assumed it was a faulty pcb i bought so ordered another new one but same problems. then i changed the diverter valve. Baxi 5121025 PCB not sure part number...

I take it thats its a 3 way valve ? how would this help it, baxi do not do a 3 way valve for baxi he 133 plus just confussing, that ive changed the pcb twice and the diverter valve

Yes i have checked that and it all seems fine.

The diverter value seems fine as it moves between hot water & central heating fine. the CH is going on but not getting very warm. yet the Hot water is workinhg fine. any other solutions ??
