putting in an overrated rsj is ok but for the weight. i have been told that the 203x203x52 UC at a lenght of 4.55m would be about 250kgs. which is heavy enought to lift by hand.

i would like to Replace suspended wooden floor with a concrete one. the size is 4.55m x 4m what would a estimate of cost be. (quotes will be arranged prior to work being done). Also do you think that this is a good idea?. the floor is a living room which connects to a concrete kitchen floor.

i would say £1500 is expensive. the parts would only come to about £100. a days work £400. so £500 max. if you go to a plastics supplier then you can buy the fascia/sofit etc quite cheap. it is a easy job to do for 2 people with a couple of ladders or tower.

is the machine level. if it tilts forward it can do this.

if it is frost free. have you checked the drain pipe at the back of the fridge. leading from inside rear to the condensor outside the rear.
