    Hi there, cant surely be suspended floor on the ground, just not possible.... the internal garage we converted was 160mm below this level, and met solid walls internal facing walls. endoscope might be fun actually if has a torch... Only left of field thing i can think of is going back say 200...

    I don't think so, I think best bet is I have some spare plasterboard spray foam, will go round it with that, 20mins later won't ever come out without a utility knife. Ugly yes, but it's hidden under a floor board. (Will do this after the silicon adhesive on the boss fitting.)

    OK tried yes switching all off, trvs to off, hw off, no change. Should of said did that too. Also tried large magnet moving about next to bottom of 3rd and 4th bar thing in case blocked, but really makes no sense, if hot both sides. I'll retry what you said a few more times, over next day...

    ha :) Actually solid wall 1780's place with 33-36cm thick walls outside, no insulation on them, and 17 rads and lots of heat loss, so kindof just about copes mid winter.. been slowly pulling back internal walls to add in 50mm insulation, so hopefully yes in a year or so when its time to replace...

    OK hisense dish washing machine I foundhas big gap bottom 15cm at front, I guess can add wood behind the plinth to secure the side panels and avoid floor fixings. Not likely to service tye machine that often.
