I think the latch is to close to the frame. I bet it is where they banged the beading on the side panel when they glazed it. Open the door and wedge a rubber handle hammer in-between the door and side panel to move it over a couple of mm. It will work lovely

File a couple of mm off one of your keys you use for the same door and open it from the other side. Then take the euro out

Wouldn't of bothered with an arched frame for the top of the door as there is a solid wall behind it so you would of used a panel to cover it. Maybe take the flat panel off and fit a bit of shiplap cladding.
