    You can use a "Piggy Back" terminal. Crimp to one of the wires and it leaves you a spare spade for the other. They look like this... If you want to email me, I'll send you a couple. Cheers Symo

    Have you removed the transport restraints? They'll be 2 or 3 Large bolts or similar. Should be on page 1 of the manual.

    Probably the flashing around your chimney where it meets your roof or the pointing around the "pots". Rain gets in, runs inside chimney, pools at the bottom and causes the damp patch. Symo

    The foam thing sounds like it could become messy and anyway, the foam degenerates in daylight pretty quickly.     Just make sure the boxing is screwed up nice and tight. You can bond it and skim it as long as it's decent WBP ply. If you don't know what the boxing is made of then just screw a layer of board over it and skim that. Symo
