I attended baxi one and two courses and thought they where excellent...Make sure you take notes because the handouts they give you afterwatrds are rubbish
The boiler tells the pump to run when there is a demand for heat or if it goes over temp. so as chris says it isnt the controller
my moneys on the pcb...changed a few of these with the exact same problem.
