£ 500k wasted by a labour council, what a surprise !!!

Exeter city council have done it again, wasted £ 500k on a feasibility stydy to make the Victoria and Albert museum and the riverside leisure centre carbon neutral, how do they do it £ 500k FFS

Hasn't it been said with Oxfam only 1p in the £ gets to the front line the rest is swallowed up by directors wages etc, thats why I only give to small or local charities
