    Fused spur unit install

As long as it's a fused spur it shouldn't be a problem but I'd do a little more investigation first. What size T&E is the original socket?

    New Cooker installation

If you run it as a "dog leg" then it is unlikely to be in a safe zone and if it's not it will not comply with regs.

    removing unused socket

Yep the socket/box serving the socket you removed should be earthed so there is no possiblity the screws holding the socket front plate in place become live under fault conditions.

    electrics on AEG oven

Yes it does mean that. you may need to run a radial for it if there isn't an existing cooker outlet in your kitchen. A 2.5 twin and earth should be ok depending on length but i'd tend to put in a 4mm radial just in case you upgrade it at a future date.

    removing unused socket

Since it's either a spur or the end of a radial then yes should be fine make sure it's islolated.

    smell from fan

where does it go after the roof space through the roof or an outside gable wall? Has the ducting got bends in it that perhaps have voids where water is condensing and forming a puddle inside it? Need a little more info on it's route etc..

    Shower too Hot

What rating is the shower? I have a triton in my home and during summer the water is often warmer on the lowest setting than it is during winter on a high setting due to the ambient temperature of the mains water. Wouldn't it be best to have the water pressure high rather than low as I...

Earth bonding - Plastic pipes / Metal radiator

If it's bonded then you're providing a fault path that wouldn't exist without it since there would be no effective path off it. If the pipes were copper then bonding would be required.

    Plug is very Hot

What power rating is the washing machine? What size conductor has the extension lead have? Check for any loose connections if it's large.

    Moving socket 2 feet

Won't the flooor boards need to come up to hide the radiator pipe work anyway? If you want to join the cable then crimp joint and shrink wrap the you can plaster over without worrying. Make sure you don't drill through it when you put the radiators brackets on

NEFF BUILT UNDER DOUBLE OVEN INSTALL

Is this domestic only? If so 10amps +30% Rated full load of cooking appliances in excess of 10 amps plus 5 amps if a socket is incorporated. I don't like diversity rules myself and would use a cable that meets maximum demand for the Christmas dinner scenario - everything being "used" at...

    I’m a bit confused about part p

No spike needs to be used if earth is imported from TT though personally I'd put one in if it was a great deal of distance from the house.

    Confirming light switch is earthed

Sounds like a good plan. Measure the resistance across the two if it's really low then the earths present if not further investigations required, but be careful.
