Press c to clear before entering new manager code then press yes and exit eng

1111 is eng code, you can reset the master code in the eng menu

Default manager code is all the 2s u will need to go into manager menu to change this or to add a user code

Take the wires from the tamper and 0v terminals and cocnnect to the negative terminal of the battery as they may be mixed up at the bell end. Attach 12v supply to positive battery terminal. Thtis should soslve your issue.

Link out the bell tamaper return in the panel and see if it clears

I would expect that there is still a tamper fault on the system

The psu is around 15vdc so would try connect in place of psu rather than battery.... then u wont have a permanaent mains failure alert

It seems clear to me that james needs to use his multimeter to check the voltage of the bell tamper return feed, and check the resistance of the global tamper circuit, and share the results. My guess is he's still sat on the landing with the system part armed waiting for it to tamper again :eek:

Assuming the garage is part arm 2 you will need to select part arm 2 omit for all the zones u dont want included in the part arm

And enable level set

Is level set enabled? Is keypad and tag reader both allowed to disarm area b?

Yes will need relearn all devices to new panel and obviously program up. What version is the current panel
