    The 'threaded parts ' come with the shower and will be a nightmare to use .Best to get a shower plate fixing which will bring the pipes out at correct width . Pipework can then be capped and tested before the wall goes up. Sure your plumber knows .

    Overlap them with Denzel tape . Don't cover with concrete unless covered as it will eat into the copper (reason the last person used plaster ). Tiles should be fine .

    Yes call him back ,also check the boilers filling loop has he left it on ,sounds like it keeps filling and the boiler PRV is opening causing the water to come out of the pipe .

    Yes its a strap on Boss but yours looks like a push in type . The Boss attached to the soil pipe has a rubber washer in the lip to seal it ,if the pipe is put in at an angle it will drip ,might be best to have two 45 Degree bends just before the boss so pipe work has no stress on it . Best take...

    They look like from the top fittings 'wing nut' is like a toggle fitting that goes in from the top of toilet and tightens up into hole, usually used in back to the wall toilets. Take off the seat and the fittings cover and you should have access to screw head .
