The cylinder is on the 1st floor. And i have no idea why the crossed pipe was found under one of kitchen units. The only tap that was affected by this was the hot water tap in the kitchen (only the hot water) it either came out very cloudy or very muddy as if the water contained rust or...

Its a mixer tap and i have two kids who dont always run the cold tap for as long as they should! The kitchen tap is on the main but the cold water only, the hot come from the heating system. Apparently they managed to cross the pipes under my kitchen unit. Dont know how, but they managed it.

Would it actually be posionous???? seriosuly thinking about taking Wa***ns to court. My kids were drinking that water for at least two months and i have no idea whats in it. I would guess that they put some chemical in the cylinder when they install it?

The water that is in your hot water cylinder????? I have a new one fitted and somewhere the plumber had managed to cross the pipes which meant that my hot water tap in my kitchen was being fed that was meant to supply my rads.
