ive just done my bathroom and that grout is a brastuard to get off if u leave it to go hard, u can get get ceramic tile type strips instead of ur plastic thing which maybe why its not stickin properly...being plastic.

ive got a multimeter which i use at work on cars will this be suitable for house voltage, amps etc...it has insulated prongs, havent got the instuctions so cant see any ratings on it...

i wasnt talking "any old capacitor" obviosly one suitable for its application...

im a mechanic and on cars to prevent the interference from the alternatores we use supressers which are capcitors, cheap things really. dont know if these can be used in this dimmer,

well as i said im not an electrician im a very good mechanic i didnt know showers were such a high wattage until now... thats why i thought connecting to lighting would be o.k, but obviosly not... so i would have to use a 10mm cable, and connect to its own fuse in the cu, couldnt i just isolate...
