After we have heated up the tank with hot water, the go to run a bath of water after about 2 or 3 mins the smell starts, It does not smell if i fill the sinks only when i do the bath.

It is done with a Immersion heater, I don't really know much about these things sorry.

The water is heated by electric, All i can say it smell sometimes like wastage, I have tryed draining to water tank to see if it may of been coming from there but i could not see anything.
