i think that wylex breakers fit the MEM merea boards you can get the breakers for these boards from the wholesaler tho I have converted a cartrage fuse board to Mcbs before :D

I hope I have read your post wrong but if you have got a TT system then you require a RCD to protect ALL THE CIRCUITS so if you have got a split load board then you need a 100ma time delayed RCD for protecting the whole board instead of the 100 amp isolator them a 30ma RCD protecting the sockets...

if its an extention then you can put all the sockets and switches at the existing hights. I think you only have to put them at the new regulation hights if its a new build house.
