Okies, bump. Symptons have changed again :lol: Its now working again in DHW only mode, but once more has the crappy hot water issues & the DHW diaphram is moving as opposed to still as it was previously. Only change is that the boiler is warm (Heating has been running for an hour or so)...

I'm well aware of which is which in terms of the two diaphrams :) DHW diaphram is the larger one with a pushrod attached. The main flow switch diaphram is much smaller and mounted on the three-way valve. Trouble is that I'm not sure what the main flow switch diaphram & microswitch is doing...
