Thanks again. So a perfect storm of leak and condensation. I guess we need nut and bolt to replace the screws then? We've had the conservatory for 12 years but only rarely had leaks on this scale before. RU saying this is likely to leak with any rain?

It gets worse. New customers can get exactly same service and cover for £27pm. Also looked at last renewal letter, and it seems our already exorbitant monthly payment was increased as they carried out a repair. (Replaced battery in gas fire!)

Thanks. No we don’t need all the cover. It’s a case of wife being ultra risk averse and costs and cover being increased over last 20 odd years. Our boiler is 20 years old and still going strong . (Worcester Bosch 30CDI Greenstar) Will look for boiler breakdown cover when current contract expires.

Hi Had to cut branches of tree which had covered garden swing. (Son now 24, so using it to do push ups etc) I wondered if I’d done irreversible damage to the tree(s)? No idea what they are, but they’ve gradually been spreading out laterally to find the light. Thank you
