Thanks Bespoke these have been very helpful indeed the set up is a little diffrent though with the window being in the cavity inself and after thinking about it the rebate i was talking about is the window sitting over the sub cill by 15mm, Due to the descrepancy in the window and the studding...

After checking a few more some of either the windows are not square in the frame or the bottom cill are not level so the gaps are not all equal. Will await your advice Cheers
