    ZE & PFC Relationship

What is the relationship between ZE & PFC readings, sometimes they measure around the same amount and sometimes very different eg, ZE 0.13 and PFC 1.57 If the readings are further apart does this indicate anything, same as if they are similar readings does this indicate anything ?

Storage heaters, new 12 way board

Surely RCBO'S will be ok, They are there to protect the cable, not the heater and each RCBO will be rated at suitable amps, I did mean watts not kw, as im sure you all knew really !! Thats a good video clip not far off what really happened to the property altough not down to the...

Storage heaters, new 12 way board

Ive just worked out the rating @ 22990 kw in total (existing units) not including the immersion heater, Ive decieded to use RCBO's now to limit any tripping issues, I will have to talk to the householders to see how I can reduce the amount of heaters, there are actually 13 heaters in total.

    Slow rcbo times ??

Hi, Ive fitted a new fuse board, having RCBO's for some circuits (commercial) when I was doing the testing one of the RCBO's had a much higher disconnection time than all the rest, circuits all tested out fine, changed RCBO and still rubbish! Its MEM Eaton MCB with pod fitted. Any ideas why...
