At a guess, the L1 on the original switch will be on it's own, which would correspond with the common on the MK one.

That's what I use. ( Heat resistant ). It's much easier to connect up, apart from the obvious benefits. Anyone who has seen the effects of T & E overheating will understand why.

What he said. Also supplementary bonding to take into consideration. I'm not paying £400 a year whilst DIYers hoy any old crap in :wink:
