Help, my boiler keeps firing in and out for hot water

At no time did I advise anyone to do anything. I advised on what may be required, so your 'Gas watch' tone is not appreciated thank you.. Your tone is patronising and pretty much uncalled for. Think I'll drop off this thread and let you have it all.

Help, my boiler keeps firing in and out for hot water

All that has been said is valid, and should be checked first, then, as mrgas says check the temps in / out of plate to plate. Things must be checked before replacing parts

Help, my boiler keeps firing in and out for hot water

Need very much to know the model and make. The first thing i would be checking is the Gas pressures (always do the basics first). This is something a qualified guy would have to do mate. With the scant details it would be foolish to offer any concrete advice...I wait with baited breath mate

    Baxi Bermuda 57/4e ,Backboiler.Fire Fronts???

Had a look at the "valour" replacements. The ventilation requirements for the baxis is set on the firefronts.. I suspect that the models would have to be identical in every way performance wise. I certainly wouldn't fit one. The best advice ever would be to replace these antiquated last century...

    Flow Noise in CH

may as well try it, you might even be successful mate. Sometimes we just stumble over the solution and the theory plops into place!? I really can't imagine what it could be. The pipe size changes must have an effect on the flow, just try reducing the speed if at all possible. Don't think you can...

    room thermostat

I think you'll find that if you read Gas regs pertaining to working on Gas Appliances as opposed to the definition of "work" on Gas Fittings, it states you have to test the flue; combustion;burner pressure; and safe functioning. So, when you eventually fit your stat mate, unless you're Gas Safe...

It was gugling, wasn't sure of the prob so reduced speed and all was well. I wonder if the piping is ok on ur system? to ensure good flow I'd fire some fernox...
