This is low water pressure pal. A problem with some electric showers regardless of make! What you need is a cold storage tank in the loft which will then supply the shower, then you can pump the water and get a constant pressure 8) . Check if this will work with your current shower...

Pressure vessel is knackered, depending on how long its been like this determines if you will get away with just pressurizing it!!!

why didn't you heat rate the room, just sticking the biggest rad you could find is not the way forward. What room is it?? An all glass conservatory!!! Heat rate the room, then match the rad to the required btu value, your system then might be able to cope!!!

Was the programmer a straight swap??? If not you have it wired wrong!!!! What make was the old timer??? What make is the new one???

Have you had it serviced? Or is it new The boiler is shunting, which means the gas valve is not regulating down to lower pressures. When set up correctly the flame comes on high and then should modulate down to lower pressures as the system water temp increases so as not to fry your heat...

Is this a new rad or an old roll top (myson)?? Does it have convector fins at the rear?? The reason I ask the info above could be useless if it is a roll top. If it is a roll top Oilmans first reply must be the answer.
