    is this a warm air unit, if so they have a ASD(atmospheric sencing device) in the draught diverter if open flued which interrupts the thermocouple and turns pilot off, in event of flue blockage or over heating.

    sounds like your flue is most likly leaking from weather coller, does it go through flat or pitched roof.

    hopefully the washer should now be fully free and operate normally. another thing to try is to balance system better, by turn the lockshield valve side of rads down a touch on the rads that get hot quickest.

    try turning other rads of and then try to release pin again. Trv valves rely on the water to keep the washer moist and stop it sticking to its seating, with the other rads turned of your will get more pressure from the pump behind the valve to fully free it.

    If you keep having to bleed them, it might be due to corrosion of the radiators which makes the water go a black soil colour and also produces hydrogen. if so the systems needs draining, or even flushing through to remove blockages then an inhibitor adding to prevent further corrosion.
