hi 99% of the time you only need 6 core if your not using an eol ( end of line resitor) system! but i always install 8 core, if a fault ever occcurs, you will have a spare 2 wires!..... or if you wanted to ad a divice! :wink: ow yes go for the veritas r8! sound domestic panel :lol:

hi i have a contract to service a few houses on an estate which has been hit by the 100 amp fuse boys! i fitted a contact like breezer suggested! and they open the meter cupboard and they legged it! :wink: i also told my customers to padlock the meter to stop the reader reading it when alarm...
