Any idiot can see it's unsafe. There's only one bolt at the top. Needs bolt on bottom to be double the size of the one at the top as it's open flued.

Thanks for responding Scatman. Yes I've got the equipment to do that. I should have mentioned I'm more used to installing appliances so my fault findings a bit rusty. Any advice much appreciated. David
