    Don't now much about these boilers but have you tryed testing the heating thermister, may be able to swap with H.W. thermistor if your lucky.

    Try turning it back on, look for the switches, programmer etc. if you can't find them I don't think anyone here will be of much help to you, so you may have to call an engineer. Have a look and tell us what you find.

    Sounds like a blockage on the heating side of the boiler, Is the pump running or is the diverter valve working, ie the radiator getting hot, could also be the by-pass blocked or not open.
