H guys, just wondering what you all think of people trying to disguise their thinning hair. I don't see why people see the need to try a ridiculous hair style to hide what nature brings. Is it such a bad thing to accept the baldness? Or is it better to to do what you can to try and deceive other...
Paint is not a filler. You need to use an appropriate filler for the crack. I tend to use Dulux Weathersheild for exterior woodwork. They also do a flexible wood filler which I have used and not had any issues with!
If you like hamilton and synthetic why not try hamilton perfection gold. Bought one out of B&Q the other day, and have got to say I was very impressed! Used on Johnstones aqua gloss and left a remarkable finish. Still prefer purdy but a very close second in my opinion!
With it being an on suite I can imagine it being a bad head when you need to pop to the toilet in the middle of the night and the fan carries on running when all you want to do is go back to sleep! Why not just have it on it's own pull switch? this means it's on when you want it on and not when...
Totally agree with the above. A good idea is to use a caulk board to skim the filler over with. I haven't used toupret before but have used easifill in these situations with good results. Some people don't like easifill but I swear by it!
lets face it your posts are less than pointless and you argue at the drop of a hat.
Why do you feel the need to bring my name into every one of your posts. Not only are you deliberately trying to bait me, you are now saying that I am in a same sex relationship with a fellow forum member...
You have got to weigh up the pro's and con's between the W/B and the O/B. The water based will not yellow but can be tricky to leave a decent finish due to the rapid drying times. Oil will yellow but is easier to gain a brush mark free finish.
Option is yours! Good luck!
