worms in toilet....yuck!
Your main problem here is not the worms in your toilet, if it is a cracked drain near the house, then there will be waste water leaking out which could potentially compromise the foundations of the building, I would recommend a drain inspector to locate exactly where the damage is and go from...- plumberdan

Removing slight marks on ceramic glaze of toilet pan
Go to a plumbers merchants and get a ceramic rubber, £15.00 ish retail. Should clean it right up! Or try eBay might be cheaper!- plumberdan

Gas fire black marks all over walls
Ring a gas safe registered engineer! The black soot is the result of incomplete combustion of the gas, which creates excessive amounts of carbon monoxide(the silent killer) and soot, have you got boiler on the wall somewhere?- plumberdan
