Right have all rads back on and now 2 of the rads on the new pipe work had cooled down as in return pipe went cold any ideas?

Doing this now heating has been on about 15 mins rad not heating is very hot - do I work back on myself now ?

Brilliant terryplumb. Should I have the rad that didn't heat up temp set as in return 12 degrees cooler than flow before I start to set other rads?
