Even better... Connect the relay coil, across the wires which at present, power the pump. Find, and connect an unswitched live, to one relay contact, then the output, to the pump + a neutral.

It will be both, it's just that at the moment, your CH will be switching on and off, more frequently, than your HW demand. Each time, the pump will be started, which ever i creating a demand. Really, the relay needs to be connected to the output of the valve(s), so that either demand for heat...

Nonsense! Your new radiators will not be blocked, if they are cold, then for some reason - they are suffering a lack of flow. Lack of flow as in-pump not being effective, valve closed, or stuck closed, pipework blocked, or other radiators 'stealing' most of the water flow.

Would there be any value, in moving that fall pipe around the corner, on the left, so it discharges around that corner, but digging out a bed of concrete, to form a channel to get it around the corner, to where it presently discharges? Could you clarify, where it is presently discharging? It...

45 + 90 + a 45 degree bends, will get the pipe around that corner, at high level. Or maybe extend the hopper out a bit, and use 2x 45 degree.

The sinal is obviously not very good, when it gets to the 'low level splitter'. Take it first to a distribution amp, as close to the antenna as possible (in the loft), then on to each TV outlet. How's the coax, down from the antenna? Buy yourself a roll of CT100, to use for temporary runs, to...
