    Replace RG59 with CAT5

I just fitted this exact camera and it is really top class...... Make sure you get the HUHI machine as the lower level HIK units cannot handle the data cap... 5MP over coax...superb! We fitted this on a farm where a previous "botch it" company had used cat5 with baluns sending 12Vdc nearly...

    Pyronix bell box light

Firstly you will need a hardwired siren not say an enforcer WE siren. If siren is wired then you need the X module along with backlight unit ( about £35) OR a much more simple fix are the twin flash LED kits thst have their own lithium ion batteries - really effective and last a lifetime...

    Scantronic i-on16 program remote

Sorry I cannot help as Ive not fitted one of these systems........ We did have the Eaton rep around the other day and he was really pushing the new ION series as a credible alternative to Pyronix. The old scantronic stuff was so tuff and trouble free....I tried to bum a sample - no joys :) Matt

    Yale Smart Home Alternatives

I'd stick with the Yale if fitting yourself.....fitted one a couple of months ago...very good and the app was certainly no worse than pyronix......think it was a sr-340 with power switch dubrois which customer was using to remotely turn upstairs light.... Cheers Matt

    Pyronix enforcer v10 wifi help

Pyronix do loads of tutorial videos but I'm not sure if there's one for wifi set up.... I'm guessing you also have to port forward..... You could try ringing Pyronix and explaining your an installer but it really Depends on who picks up the phone as most of the tech team are useless... Rgds Matt

    Pyronix self install

I really don't get why Pyronix have stopped producing the GSM kit 1........Using the V10 means you then have to purchase DIGI GSM which adds the best part of £100 on your bill and you have a redundant wifi module.....To me it seems like a pyronix cash cow with the cloud!! I'm not fussed on all...
