I experience this issue a couple of weeks ago....In the end I ended clearing memory and starting afresh with programming..all fine since. I also spoke at length to Pyronix and they did not indicate there is a common issue with the new V10 panel...... Have fitted 10-15 of these in last few months...

OK these alarms go head to head......PYR is easier to fit, its also made in UK. PYR actually do a designated GSM kit

C'mon kids....the OP is asking for help........ OK the Yale ENA Smart alarm was discontinued last year as Yale wanted to use the name "smart alarm" for their new commercial series...The reality is that the ENA series was a grade 2 alarm and I fitted a few of these with little complaint apart...

I would say try a replacement panel...you wont find many companies offering that sadly......Hopefully you will get sorted!

The pyronix app kit/ cams is all run off a cloud based system.... The cams are suprising good quality but its real for visual verification or monitoring of property live .. Matt

Hi, powermax is a great alarm but I would strongly advise against using the LED jumper as it will reduce battery life to around 12months.... We ALWAYS use LED kits Been using them for nearly 3 years...not had one battery issue yet!! thx Matt

Stay well away from Response.... You'll not go wrong with visonic or pyronix...both great and the most commonly fitted domestic alarm. Scantronic and Texecom are over complicated for a normal domestic set up! Good to see you went with Pyronix..that's a wise move.......let us know how you get...

Yes that's correct but the kit you have chosen is the latest "app" orientated alarm......we normally on fit the pstn or gsm variant kits.....you are looking at the latest. I think you will also need to select comms module which can be lan, wifi or gprs as an extra.... Maybe sparky Mark has...
