CCTV viewable via 3G on iphone

Agreed with sparkymark...the samsung ipolis software is superb BUT better again is an AVTECH 675 DVR (4CH so you can expand) and only 160 sheets with a 500GB HDD..... AVTECH is the only low cost manufacturer to design apps/ remote software inhouse.....its flawless...got it on my house and...

Cctv DIY system budget circa £200

Totally agreed with the earlier responses...... for 200 spondolies you will not get very much for your money......I would probably go AVTECH 675 4ch machine and then save and buy the best cam you can afford....

Remeber not to mount your cams up too high...sometimes you can end up with seeing only the tops of peoples heads!! Forget wireless cctv...there's nothing on a sensible budget thats worthy....you can add wireless transmitters to convert wired cams but its pricey..... There's always a way to...

    My £180 4CH CCTV Setup - A Review

You Buy cheap you buy twice in my opinion! You can get a UK Samsung 8CH with 500GB for 250UKP inc VAT.......why go cheaper.....I dont understand.....wait until you need the evidence and you are told it will not stand up in court!! We always/ only ( unless free issue) fit Samsung Cameras..

    Yale Smarthome Alarm

correct Visonic is widely offered.... BUT the Yale has local UK support whereas there is no tech support for Visonic as they class product as professional install only only......The manual is also terrible for visonic!! Both are excellent kits and will serve you well....
