It sounds like you have a block plate heat exchanger. Why was it replaced 3 years ago?

When you drained down the system did you leave it opened ended when pumping the EV ? Most likely you have a fault pressure sensor as it should have showed 0 bar when drained down.

you need to balance your radiators by the sounds of it.

have you tested the thermistors ?

bleeding your radiators will cause the pressure to drop.
