OP does the boiler stay in water demand. By this I mean does the front display show pressure and not temperature. Also if you put the boiler in DHW demand then remove the motor head from the divertor block on the left by taking the clip out does the rad still get warm and can you see the motor...

Also be aware that this boiler works on switching the NEUTRAL!! You might think you have a live coming out of everywhere but that doesnt mean the component has power to it. Poss seized fan BTW. Stan
