Thanks for the replies. The light wouldn't go out all night. It was still on this morning. I switched the power off at the fusebox for a minute. The light didn't come on - so I think it's ok now.

Just an update - I have just changed the filling loop (well part of it) Had to turn main cold water from outside of house Discconnected the valve with the key - kept the same olive on the pipework and fitted new valve with new flexi hose. Turned on water (no leaks) Pressure spot on...

I will have to change the filling loop next. Should do this sharpish as this was the cause of your problem.

oh, I was quoted £140 from a plumber to supply and fit the part - original WB PRV cost me £10.50 + vat! :D

FOI Balenza - I've just managed to do it I am not a pratt - I had already consulted techincal at wocester bosch who did say it was easy to replace and didn't really warrant a profesional. As long as I was not messing around with the gas i would be ok. Coupled with my previous post for advice...

OK I disconnected the loop and indeed it is dripping water at a constant rate Do I still need to turn off the 3 valves? And if so do I leave the loop disconnected or attached?

U mean turn the valves with something like a screwdriver? So Far left - turn 1/4 turn clockwise? Far Right - turn 1/4 clockwise? Second from Right - turn 1/2 clockwise? Please confirm before I undergo this operation What am I looking for afterwards?
