Old ideal boilers are not very good, but the Logic is much better. My choice of boiler to fit is the Logic. Very good quality componets and good warranty. The guys on here that slate the Logic have obvious not seen or fitted one.

Just because the old models were bad does not mean the new ones will be bad. I like them, my customers like them, and if you look at the design and quality of componets inside the boiler, you can see how good they are.

fitted a number of Logic boilers with no issues at all. Know of a couple of installers that have fitted over 200 between them with no issues at all. Had to call out Ideal for a Isar fault yesterday and they came out same day!

You can fit the w/c unit without the rf opentherm unit. make ure the w/c is on a north facing wall.

If you ask a question like that, you need to leave well alone and call out a registered gas installer. Regards Dan

Logic rf programable room stat is opentherm enabled. This room stat will modulate the boiler. Regards Dan
